The Utah Statewide Online Education Program

Enrollment for 2021-2022 school year will available February 2021.

Mountain Heights Academy is an approved online course provider through the Utah Statewide Online Education Program (SOEP), which gives all public, private, and home-schooled students in grades 9-12 the opportunity to take up 4.0 credits of online courses.

How to Register for Statewide Online Education Classes

You must complete the Mountain Heights Registration form and the state SEATS application.

  • Go to the Mountain Heights Registration form. Create an account and follow the steps to submit an application for your student for the Statewide Online Education Program at Mountain Heights.
  • Then go to seats.schools.utah.gov.
  • If you have not yet set up an account, click Register to set up an account.
  • Click Login to access your account.
  • Click Register for Online Courses.
  • Enter the grade level you will be when taking the course.
  • Choose the Session/Semester.
  • Choose the Course Category (See below for assistance).
  • Choose the course that is labeled Mountain Heights Academy.
  • Click Submit.

You will receive an email notification that your application has been submitted/approved within 5 days. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact us at .

Please be aware that you must complete BOTH the SEATS application and the Mountain Heights Registration form to be eligible for classes. Please contact our SOEP Coordinator with any questions 801-721-6329.
