ACT BOOTCAMP
Strengthen your ACT skills with our rigorous ACT Bootcamps. These half-day camps build ACT test-taking skills and provide content review from teacher experts.
ART IN THE AFTERNOON
Quarterly hands-on opportunities to learn a new art skill and complete a specific project from our own resident artists.
ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARTS QUEST COMPETITION
The goal of the Quest Competition is to promote student creativity through poetry and short stories. If you love words and writing, sign up to learn more.
GAMING GUILD
This club meets regularly to play popular online games in order to compete.
FACS DAYS
Quarterly in-person activities to explore Family and Consumer Science. Activities may include activities about cooking and baking, fashion design, life skills, and child development.
FINE ARTS
Our goal is to expose students to the types of fine arts available in our communities. We will be taking students to different types of performances (Musical, Opera, Symphony, Play, etc...).
STEM DAYS
STEM Days give students the chance to explore aspects of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Our goal is to provide opportunities for students to participate in hands-on science/math experiences and interact with STEM professionals through activities and field trips.
STUDENT ADVISORY BOARD
Our student government is a place where you can make a difference as a student officer. SAB members develop leadership skills and help plan and execute prom, service-learning activities, and the spring social.

HOPE SQUAD
The goal of The Hope Squad is to increase inclusion and connectedness by teaching students how to provide friendship, encouragement, and support for their peers who may be bullied, feel isolated, or benefit from talking about subjects such as suicide or mental health.
MATHCOUNTS: THE NATIONAL MATH CLUB
MathCounts is a group for Middle School students. We will meet monthly to explore math through games and activities.
NATIONAL HISTORY DAY
Participants use a yearly theme to create a unique history project with a history teacher mentor. Join the growing ranks of National History Day Mountain Heights Academy award winners.
NATIONAL HONOR AND NATIONAL JUNIOR HONOR SOCIETY
Mountain Heights Academy chapters of a national organization that focuses on academic excellence and service-learning. Students must meet GPA and letter of recommendation prerequisites. Our selection process can be found here.
PRESIDENT'S VOLUNTEER SERVICE AWARD
The President's Volunteer Service Award is offered to students who complete a certain amount of service hours throughout the year. We host a variety of service activities to help students accomplish this goal.
