Debbie Dempsey holds a B.S. degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Brigham Young University, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from City University of Seattle, and an Ed.S. degree in Administration and Educational Leadership from Walden University. She also earned an Administrative Certification from Seattle Pacific University and a Certificate in School Leadership and Management from Harvard University. With over 20 years of experience as a Special Education teacher across grades 1-12 in Utah, Maryland, and Washington, she has dedicated her career to supporting diverse learners. She has spent nearly 20 years as an administrator in public and charter schools in Washington, Utah, and California, following in the footsteps of over 40 family members who are educators.
